Will I have to pay UK Customs or VAT?
Absolutely not. We ship all UK orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover all import taxes and customs duties before your package arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Do you ship to Europe and the US?
Yes, with free express delivery by FedEx or UPS to the EU (except Cyprus), Switzerland, Norway and the United States. These orders are sent DAP: import duties, VAT and the carrier's clearance fee are paid by the recipient on delivery. For other countries, message us on WhatsApp.
How long does shipping to the UK take?
We provide 100% Free Express Shipping via FedEx and UPS. Your premium products will typically arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Return postage to our Istanbul address is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and supplements can only be returned if they are completely unused, unopened, and with all hygiene seals 100% intact.
