1. Free Express Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. There are no hidden shipping fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay for delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our central facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Timelines & Carriers

To ensure your medical and cosmetic products arrive safely and rapidly, we exclusively partner with world-class couriers:

Please note: While we strive to meet these delivery times, potential delays due to high volume or courier operational issues are occasionally beyond our control.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your FedEx or UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. 100% Customs & Duties Paid (DDP)

We believe in a premium, hassle-free shopping experience. All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the total amount you pay at checkout is your final price.

No Surprise Fees: HairMedicalShop covers all UK customs duties, import taxes, and VAT on your behalf before the package even arrives in the country. You will never be asked by FedEx, UPS, or UK Customs to pay any additional fees to receive your order.

6. Orders to the EU, Switzerland, Norway and the United States

We also deliver to the European Union (except Cyprus), Switzerland, Norway and the United States. Shipping is free by FedEx or UPS. Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days of dispatch; customs clearance can add a day or two.

These orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Prices for these destinations do not include local import taxes, so the recipient pays import VAT or sales tax, any customs duty and the carrier's clearance fee when the parcel is delivered. These charges are collected by the carrier for customs and for its own clearance service; none of this money comes to us.

As a guide: for a single £67 item, expect around £30 in import charges in Germany (19% import VAT, a €3 EU customs duty and the carrier's clearance fee) and around $40 in the United States (US import duty and the carrier's clearance fee). Charges vary by country, carrier and order value.

Refused parcels: if the import charges are not paid and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the price of the products minus the cost of returning the parcel to Istanbul.
