At HairMedicalShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, our return policy strictly follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Hygiene Regulations

Due to the medical and cosmetic nature of our hair care products, strict hygiene rules apply in the UK. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals completely intact.

Important Note: For health and hygiene reasons, any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

As the customer, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item to our international facility in Turkey. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because this is an international return, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return process, you must email or WhatsApp us with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

6. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Turkey, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the hygiene seals.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
