Your Daily Routine

- Every day, after a meal: one ESTECURE tablet with water.
- Twice a day: five sprays of the 120ml 5% Procapil serum, massaged into the scalp. Do not rinse.
- When the hair feels dry: the Collagen Multi-Recovery serum, applied to the lengths and scalp with the dropper.
